• Identification and contact data (name, email, contact details);
• Identity verification documents and data (KYC) submitted when opening an account;
• Data relating to deposit addresses, on-chain transactions and operations carried out on the platform (deposits, collateral lock-ins, credit grants, repayments, card payments);
• Technical connection data to the platform (logs, session identifiers).

• Performance of the contractual relationship: opening and managing the account, granting and monitoring credit, issuing and managing the associated bank card;
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations: identity verification (KYC), combating money laundering and terrorist financing (AMLA), retention of accounting records;
• Platform security and fraud prevention;
• Communication with the client relating to their account and their operations.

To perform the service, H. Hentsch Asset Management SA uses specialised providers, who process certain data on its behalf and under its instructions, or who act as separate controllers for asset custody:

• Third-party depositary banks : custody of clients' cash and securities (see legal notice, section 3);
• Digital asset custody (Taurus SA) : secure custody of the stablecoins and tokenized gold deposited as collateral;
• Bank card issuance : real-time processing of payment authorisations;
• Identity verification (KYC) : verification of the client's identity and compliance status;
• Blockchain market data : detection of on-chain deposits and real-time asset prices.

The name, exact role and country of establishment of each provider used in production are communicated to the client on request from the department indicated in section 1.

Data relating to clients and their operations is retained for the duration of the management relationship, then for the duration required by applicable legal retention obligations (in particular accounting documents and transaction supporting evidence).

Some providers mentioned in section 4 may process data outside Switzerland. In that case, H. Hentsch Asset Management SA puts in place the appropriate safeguards required by Swiss data protection legislation (contractual clauses, adequacy decision or equivalent mechanism).

Subject to the restrictions provided for by law (in particular applicable legal retention obligations), the client has a right of access, rectification, erasure and objection regarding their personal data. These rights may be exercised by writing to the address indicated in section 1.

The platform only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function (session authentication, display preferences). No advertising or third-party audience-measurement cookie is set without the client's prior consent. Details are in the cookie policy.

People who submit an account request without yet being a client (via the Request an account page) provide identification and contact data as well as information about their investment project. This data is processed for the sole purpose of reviewing the request. If the request does not lead to a wealth management relationship, it is kept for a limited period, necessary to follow up on the file, then deleted; if accepted, it is incorporated into the client file and follows the retention rules described in section 5.

H. Hentsch Asset Management SA implements appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption, access control, distributed locks on financial operations) to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
